The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (April 21) that due to a suspected red tide sighting, red flags have been hoisted at Deep Water Bay Beach and Repulse Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beaches until further notice.
