The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (March 16) that the red tide found in waters off Stanley Main Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island, has dissipated. However, due to big waves, the red flag remains hoisted. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beach.
