CE to visit Beijing

     The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, will visit Beijing from March 12 to 15. He will attend the closing meeting of the fifth session of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on March 13 and the closing meeting of the fifth session of the 12th National People's Congress on March 15.

     The Director of the Chief Executive's Office, Mr Edward Yau, will accompany the Chief Executive on the visit.

     Mr Leung will depart for Beijing in the afternoon on March 12, and leave for Hong Kong in the afternoon on March 15. During his absence, the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, will be the Acting Chief Executive.
