In response to media enquiries, the Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, today (March 7) said that he will bear all the legal costs related to his filing of a writ against Legislative Council Member Kenneth Leung who, upon request, has failed to explain his claim that the Chief Executive has been investigated by tax authorities in Hong Kong and overseas.
