To enjoy the mail collection service at a selected iPostal Station or Post Office, you should first register for a unique Mail Collection Number (MCN) at the EC-Ship online portal (www.ec-ship.hk) and get the sub-code of the selected collection office and/or iPostal Station. You should inform senders to put your MCN and sub-code onto mail items, then you will receive an SMS notification with a passcode upon the arrival of the mail items and experience this convenient and secured mail collection service.
