Government announces re-appointment to Hong Kong Tourism Board

     The Government today (December 23) announced the re-appointment of Mr Thomas Jefferson Wu to the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB). His term will run from January 1, 2017, until December 31, 2018.

     "During the past two years, Mr Wu has provided valuable suggestions on various aspects of the HKTB's work. We are delighted that he has accepted the re-appointment," a spokesman for the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau said.

     Appointments to the HKTB are made by the Financial Secretary under section 9 of the Hong Kong Tourism Board Ordinance (Chapter 302), under authority delegated by the Chief Executive.
