     The Office of The Ombudsman held a press conference this morning (December 19) to announce the results of a direct investigation report on "Education Bureau's Regulation of Kindergarten Application Fees" and two full investigation reports on "Complaints against Buildings Department for Defective Follow-up Actions on Removal Orders".
