Three approved outline zoning plans referred back for amendment

The Town Planning Board announced today (December 16) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred three approved outline zoning plans (OZPs) to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals in the Lau Fau Shan and Tsim Bei Tsui, Ha Tsuen and Ping Shan areas.

Each OZP incorporating the respective amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.

The Lau Fau Shan and Tsim Bei Tsui OZP, the Ha Tsuen OZP and the Ping Shan OZP were last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in February 2005, January 2009 and June 2015 respectively.
