532 nomination forms for Election Committee Subsector Ordinary Elections received today

The nomination period for the 2016 Election Committee Subsector Ordinary Elections runs from today (November 8) until November 14. A total of 532 nomination forms were received by the Returning Officers for various subsectors (except religious subsector) today.
For each subsector/sub-subsector, a poll will be held on December 11 if there is contested election for that subsector/sub-subsector.
No nomination forms were received from the religious subsector today. Nominations of members representing this subsector are returned by six designated bodies.
