Immigration Divisions of Mainland Offices to provide HKSAR passport replacement service

The Immigration Department announced today (November 3) that in a bid to provide further convenience to Hong Kong residents, the Immigration Divisions of the Mainland Offices of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) will provide a HKSAR passport replacement service in the Mainland with effect from November 7 (Monday).
Hong Kong residents who are in the Mainland may submit their HKSAR passport replacement applications and subsequently collect their passports through the Immigration Divisions of the Beijing Office, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Shanghai, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Chengdu and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong.
