The Secretary for Security, Mr Lai Tung-kwok, will tomorrow morning (July 28) lead a delegation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government to Shenzhen to attend the second meeting on improving the reciprocal notification mechanism with the Vice Minister of Public Security, Mr Chen Zhimin, and representatives from the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and related departments.
 
     Members of the HKSAR Government delegation include the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations), Mr Wong Chi-hung; the Commissioner of Customs and Excise, Mr Roy Tang; the Director of Immigration, Mr Erick Tsang; the Assistant Director of the Operations Department of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, Mr Tong Wing-tak; and the Law Officer (International Law) of the Department of Justice, Ms Amelia Luk.
 
     The delegation will return to Hong Kong tomorrow afternoon.
