Tenders awarded for residential site and commercial site

The residential site, Tai Po Town Lot No. 228 at Fo Yin Road, Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po, New Territories, was awarded to the highest tenderer, Best Wisdom Development Limited (parent company: Sino Land Company Limited), at $1,622 million. The commercial site, Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 517 at Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, was awarded to the highest tenderer, First Lands Development Company Limited, at $759 million.

Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 517 has a site area of about 1,207.8 sq m and is designated for non-industrial (excluding residential, godown and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 6,885 sq m and 11,474 sq m respectively.
