Members of the Legislative Council observe the operation of the Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer at the laboratory at the Sha Tin Water Treatment Works. The instrument is used for monitoring the 12 parameters for heavy metal among the 92 water quality parameters stipulated in the World Health Organization's Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality.   Close
