The Deputy Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene (Environmental Hygiene), Mr Laurie Lo, visited the live poultry stalls at Java Road Market in North Point this morning (November 8). He reminded stall owners and their workers to pay attention to personal hygiene and wear proper protective gear when touching live poultry to minimise risks of avian influenza infection.   Close
