Hong Kong and Seoul sign MOU on mitigation of landslide hazards (with photos)

The Director of Civil Engineering and Development, Mr Hon Chi-keung (third right, front row), and the Director-General of the Green Seoul Bureau, Mr Oh Hai-young (third left, front row), sign a Memorandum of Understanding on the mitigation of landslide hazards on behalf of the governments of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Seoul today (June 28) at the Civil Engineering and Development Department Building.
