The Secretary for Security, Mr Lai Tung-kwok (centre), today (November 15) visits the Drainage Services Department construction site next to the fresh water service reservoir in Area 52, Shui Chuen O, to have an aerial view of the public housing development site of Shui Chuen O and receives a briefing by Housing Department officers on the public housing development plan.   Close
