| The Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission, Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah (second left), briefed candidates running for the 2012 Legislative Council Election on important points to note in conducting election campaigns and on general electoral arrangements at a briefing session held this evening (August 3). Three kinds of ballot boxes to be used in the forthcoming election were displayed at the briefing: the blue ballot box is for the geographical constituencies, the white box is for the District Council (second) functional constituency and the red ballot box is for other functional constituencies. |
