The Police will implement special traffic arrangements from 10am to 1pm tomorrow (July 7) to facilitate the holding of a public parade in Kowloon.
Traffic lanes on the following road sections will be closed by phases:
(1) a section of southbound Cheung Sha Wan Road between Cheung Sha Wan Playground and Wong Chuk Street;
(2) a section of northbound Cheung Sha Wan Road between Wong Chuk Street and Nathan Road;
(3) a section of southbound Nathan Road between Cheung Sha Wan Road and Jordan Road;
(4) a section of westbound Jordan Road between Nathan Road and Canton Road; and
(5) a section of southbound Canton Road between Jordan Road and Salisbury Road.
Actual implementation of lane closures will be made at the time depending on conditions in the areas. Motorists should exercise tolerance and patience in case of traffic congestion and take heed of instructions of Police at scene.
