     The following is the transcript of the media stand-up of the Chief Executive-elect (CE-elect), Mr C Y Leung, after attending a public function today (May 19):

Reporter: What's your comment on the decision of the court?

CE-elect: Naturally I respect the judgement of the court. The matter is very much one between the President of the Legislative Council and its members.  I have no comment to offer.
