The Secretary for Food and Health, Dr York Chow, began his visit to London, the United Kingdom, in the morning of January 16 (London time). Dr Chow (second left) had a breakfast meeting with officials from the UK's Department of Health and Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence to exchange views on areas including health-care manpower planning and professional development, as well as medical and health issues.   Close
