The Government announced today (January 6) the appointment of Dr Richard Armour as Secretary-General, University Grants Committee, of the University Grants Committee Secretariat, following an open-cum-in-service recruitment exercise. Dr Armour will take up the appointment on January 9, 2012.   Close
