Paul Fan appointed as Senior Adviser to State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (with photo)

The Chairman of the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong, Mr Paul Fan (right), receives a Letter of Appointment as the International Collaboration Senior Adviser of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SATCM) of the Ministry of Health from the Vice-Minister of Health and Commissioner of the SATCM, Mr Wang Guoqiang.
