Police today (August 29) appeal to the public for information on the identity of a man who was burnt to death in Tuen Mun. He was wearing a blue jacket with English word 'MICHIGAN' in yellow; a blue and green chequered shirt; a knitted scarf with red, white and black stripes; blue jeans; and black sports shoes. The man also carried with him a blue rucksack with 'GIRBAUD' printed in English characters on it.   Close
