Hilarious physical comedy by the extraordinary Michel Lauzi㋳re (with photos)

Inventor? Juggler? Comedian? Musician? There's no single description that can capture the versatility of Michel Lauzi㋳re.

Michel Lauzi㋳re from Canada is a true musical original, a "Master of the Unusual". As an inventor, comedian, acrobat, juggler and musician with exquisite skills and charming silliness, the multi-talented Lauzi㋳re will bring laughter to local audiences with his five-star variety programme including "The Balloon Man", a signature number that helped to secure him early international recognition.

"Michel Lauzi㋳re - Master of Unusual Comedy" is one of the highlights of the large-scale International Arts Carnival (IAC) summer festival presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The show will be staged from July 29 to August 1.

Lauzi㋳re was the winner of the Radio Monte-Carlo Special Award in the 2001 Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival, Monaco. Filled with ingenious contraptions, countless eye-popping outfits and hilarious routines, the unforgettable show created by Lauzi㋳re will keep audience members laughing from start to finish.

Not only is the creative humorist able to conjure up the well-known song "O Sole Mio" using water pistols and dishes, but by donning an eccentric helmet plus antenna he can also become a one-man band playing hits like "We Will Rock You". And dressed in his special "hornophone" suit, he can even perform classics by Beethoven, Vivaldi and Strauss.
