Secretary for Home Affairs talks about development of sports facilities

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Tsang Tak-sing, has outlined the Government's plans to enhance and build new sports facilities in the next five years to meet growing demand in the community.
Mr Tsang says providing more sports facilities for the community is key to promoting a sports culture in Hong Kong.
Regarding football facilities, he says that the Government will focus on developing third-generation artificial turf soccer pitches, which are easier to maintain than their natural grass counterparts.
