Opening of new Hong Kong Customs Headquarters Building (with photos)

The new Hong Kong Customs headquarters Building was officially opened today (February 21). Photo shows the Commissioner of Customs and Excise, Mr Richard Yuen, delivering a welcome speech at the opening ceremony.
