    A total of 311 persons were injured and one person died in 270 traffic accidents which occurred throughout Hong Kong last week (January 21 to January 27, 2007).

     Forty-seven of these accidents occurred on Hong Kong Island, 120 in Kowloon and 103 in the New Territories.
