The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, will pay a duty visit to Beijing between December 26 and 29.
Mr Tsang will call on leaders of the Central People's Government and brief them on the latest social, economic and political developments in Hong Kong. He will also meet senior officials of the relevant ministries of the State Council.
The Chief Executive will be accompanied by the Director of the Chief Executive's Office, Mr John Tsang; the Director of Information Services, Mr Edward Yau; the Private Secretary to the Chief Executive, Mrs Jessie Ting; acting Information Co-ordinator, Mr Donald Chen; and the Senior Special Assistant to the Chief Executive, Mr Chan Kin-ping.
During the absence of Mr Tsang, the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Rafael Hui, will be the Acting Chief Executive.
