Assistant Commissioner (Rehabilitation) of Correctional Services Department, Mr Yau Chi-chiu, pointed out that rehabilitated offenders always needed to solve the problem of getting a job urgently when reintegrating into society, while vocational training could enhance their employment opportunities. He also called on the community to accept and support the rehabilitation concept of the department.
