The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) smashed an illegal slaughterhouse at Pak Sha (near Kung Um Road), Yuen Long today (December 18). About 400 kilograms of unstamped pig carcasses and some slaughtering equipment were seized in the operation. An FEHD officer inspects the seized pork.
