Insider Dealing Tribunal to publish orders for Asia Orient Holdings Limited inquiry

    The Insider Dealing Tribunal (IDT) chaired by the Honourable Mr Justice Saunders has concluded the hearings for determining the profit gained by the person found to be an insider dealer in the insider dealing inquiry in relation to Asia Orient Holdings Limited.

     The report on the consequential order and penalty will be available at Room 702, Tower II, Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Hong Kong at 4.30pm today (December 15), and can be downloaded from the IDT website at www.idt.gov.hk after 4.30pm today.
