The Tsuen Wan District Office's Building Management Resource Centre (New Territories West) will organise a workshop entitled "Building Maintenance and Tendering Procedure" next week.
Speakers of the workshop will be representatives from the Hong Kong Housing Society. They will talk about general building maintenance, repairs and necessary tendering procedures.
The public, especially owners and tenants of private buildings, members of owners' corporations and mutual aid committees, and personnel of management companies are welcome to join.
The free workshop will be held on December 14 (Thursday) from 7.30pm to 9pm at the Conference Room, Property Management Advisory Centre (Tsuen Wan), Shop 169, G/F, Fook Chi Lau, Moon Lok Dai Ha, 141-169 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan.
