00Applications are invited for 62 standard niches in the Columbarium of Wo Hop Shek Crematorium of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) starting from this Wednesday (December 6).
00They are the remaining stock of the 2,520 newly built niches in the Columbarium, which were open for application last month.
00The charge for each standard niche and placing of a memorial plaque is $3,000 and $295 respectively.

00Application forms are available at the FEHD's Cemeteries and Crematoria offices on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon. They can also be obtained through fax or downloaded from the department's website (www.fehd.gov.hk).

00Applicants should submit the completed application forms, together with the required documents, in person or through an authorised agent, to the Cemeteries and Crematoria Office in Kowloon during office hours starting from December 6.

00The daily quota for allocation is 30. Applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Successful applicants will be informed of an appointed date for completion of the application procedures with allocation of niches made.00
