The Secretary for Economic Development and Labour, Mr Stephen Ip (left), signed today (November 20) on behalf of the HKSAR Government an Air Services Agreement with the United Mexican States, which is represented by the Consul General of Mexico in Hong Kong, Mr Mario Leal Campos.
