The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, is greeted by Political Counsellor/Deputy Head of Mission of the Chinese Embassy in Viet Nam, Mr Zhai Leiming, when he arrives in Hanoi, Viet Nam today (November 16). Mr Tsang will attend the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting on Saturday and Sunday (November 18 and 19).
