The 2007 Village Representative Elections will be held in January and February, 2007. The respective polling date for each Village will be published in the Gazette tomorrow (November 17).
The Resident Representative Elections and the Indigenous Inhabitant Representative Elections will be conducted every Saturday and Sunday from January 6 to February 4, 2007. The polling hours are from noon to 7pm.
A polling notice, specifying the polling date, address of the polling station and polling hours will be issued to each elector at least 10 days before the polling day for the respective Village.
