The Secretary for Home Affairs, Dr Patrick Ho (right), today (November 9) signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cultural Co-operation with the Minister for Culture and Information, Vietnam, Dr Le Doan Hop, to strengthen co-operation in the fields of culture and the arts between the two places.
