Two hundred and fifty-six nominations were received today (November 6) for the Election Committee Subsector Elections. This brought the accumulative total of nominations to 797. The nomination period began on November 1 and runs until November 8.
The breakdown of nominations by subsectors can be found in the attachment. More information about these candidates can be found in the table to be uploaded to www.elections.gov.hk later.
Eighteen more nominations for the Religious Subsector were received today. So far, a total of 63 nominations have been submitted by six designated bodies in this subsector.
