The Director of the Celebrations Preparatory Office of the Chief Secretary for Administration's Office, Mr Raymond Young, today (November 3) held a press conference on preparations for the 10th Anniversary celebrations. Mr Young said the Government would organise a series of events in Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas to mark the occasion.
