84 more nominations for Election Committee Subsector Elections received

    84 nominations were received today (November 2) for the Election Committee Subsector Elections.  This brought the accumulative total of nominations to 327. The nomination period started on November 1 and runs until November 8. The breakdown of nominations by subsectors can be found in the attachment.

     More information about the candidates (apart from the nominations in the Religious Subsector) will be available later at www.elections.gov.hk.

     For the Religious Subsector, no nomination was received today, and the accumulative total of nominations in this subsector is 10.
