The Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr York Chow, today (November 2) officiated at the plenary session of the Annual Forum and Project Expo of the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Dr Chow is pictured touring the exhibition panels of the project expo showcasing many moving examples of collaboration emerging from these funded projects.
