    A total of 243 nominations for the Election Committee Subsector Elections were received by the Returning Officers today (November 1), the first day of the nomination period that runs until November 8. The breakdown of nominations by subsectors can be found in the attachment.

     More information about the candidates (except for the 10 nominations in the Religious Subsector) will be available later at www.elections.gov.hk.

     The 10 nominations in the Religious Subsector were received from one designated body.
