The Correctional Services Department announced today (October 31) the promotion of Mr Wong Kai-cho, Mr Tin Man-yuk, Dr Kwan Ming-tak and Mr Lam Kwai-sun to Senior Superintendents of Correctional Services.
Mr Wong, 52, is currently the Senior Superintendent of Shek Pik Prison. He joined the department (previously Prisons Department) as Assistant Officer II in 1974.
Mr Tin, 51, is currently the Senior Superintendent of Ma Po Ping Prison. He joined the department (previously Prisons Department) as Officer in 1976.
Dr Kwan, 51, is currently the Senior Superintendent (Penal Administration). He joined the Department (previously Prisons Department) as Officer in 1978.
Mr Lam, 50, is currently the Senior Superintendent of Tai Lam Correctional Institution. He joined the department as Officer in 1979.
