HK and Republic of Korea sign Agreement on Surrender of Fugitive Offenders (with photo)

The Consul General of the Republic of Korea, Mr Cho Whan-bok (left), representing the Government of the Republic of Korea, and the Secretary for Security, Mr Ambrose S K Lee, on behalf of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government today (June 26) exchange the text of a bilateral agreement for the surrender of fugitive offenders.
