Attention duty announcers, radio and T.V. stations:
Owing to a watermain burst at Lai Uk Tsuen in Yuen Long, fresh water supply to some premises along Kam Sheung Road from Lin Fa Tei to Wong Chuk Yuen will be suspended at 11 pm today (May 8).
The suspension will affect all premises at Shui Lau Tin Tsuen, Shui Tsan Tin Tsuen, Ngau Keng Tsuen, Lin Fa Tei, Sheung Tsuen, Lai Uk Tsuen, Tsang Uk Tsuen, Tse Uk Tsuem, To Uk Tsuen, Wing Hing Wai, Shek Tau Wai, Cheung Ka Tsuen, Sheung Tsuen San Tsuen and Lui Kung Tin.
Repair work is being urgently carried out and normal supply is expected to resume at 5 am tomorrow (May 9).
Meanwhile, the Water Supplies Department will also deploy water wagon to Sheung Tsuen at Kam Sheung Road to provide temporary water supply to the affected residents.
