Members of Owners Corporations (OCs) are invited to take part in a free certificate course on building management organised by the Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (Kowloon) from mid-June to early September this year.
Representatives of the Law Society of Hong Kong will introduce participants the interpretation of Building Management Ordinance and analysis of court judgment. The course aims to provide basic training for OC members to give them a better understanding of the Ordinance and to assist them in improving the quality of management of their buildings.
It will be held at the BMRC (Kowloon), G/F, 2 Mau Lam Street, Yau Ma Tei, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, on June 23, July 7 and 21, August 4 and 18 as well as September 1.
Enrolment is free and on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will be awarded certificates upon successful attendance of all sessions of the course.
