    Please broadcast the following special announcement this (April 29) morning, and repeat it at frequent intervals.

    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. Open Door Ministries Limited, Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children
and Employees' Safety, Training & Rehabilitation Services Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.

    For enquiries on the regional flag day, members of the public can call the department's Hotline at 2343 2255 or the headquarters at 2832 4311.
