CSD promotes Superintendent (with photo)

    The Correctional Services Department today (April 28) announced the promotion of Mr Ma Wai Yan to General Manager (Correctional Services Industries).

     Mr Ma joined the department (previously Prisons Department) as Principal Industries Officer in 1979 and is currently Superintendent.
