The Home Affairs Department's Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (Kowloon) will next month (May) hold a free workshop on ä©•Effects of unauthorised building works on the structure of the buildingè’….
Members of Owners' Corporations, Owners Committees and Mutual Aid Committees of private buildings are invited to attend the workshop on Tuesday, May 30, from 7.30pm to 9pm at the BMRC(Kowloon), Ground Floor, 2 Mau Lam Street, Yau Ma Tei.
Representatives from The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers will brief participants in Cantonese on common unauthorised building works and their effects on the structure of the building.
