Director of Home Affairs saddened by death of Sai Kung District Council member

    The Director of Home Affairs, Mrs Pamela Tan, said today (April 4) that she was very saddened by the death of appointed member of the Sai Kung District Council, Mr Chan Kwai-sang.

     "Mr Chan was a highly respected figure in Sai Kung, who contributed constructive views to the Government on the betterment of the rural community. I am deeply saddened by his death," Mrs Tan said.
